The Comic Trip

The Comic Trip

Steven Canyon is a adventurer wrote by Milton Caniff. In his comic trip, the format of this comic is really unusual, all the frames put in to a regular size, it's a simplistic form that really minimizes the content in each strip, because of this design, the content becomes fairly rich. And it's much more easier for people to read. Like a rule that people should read from left to right. The regular format is clean and clear, and the will done drawing, they all lead people to read the comic easier.
Milton Caniff's Steven Canyon 1956 created a lot of classic bad guys, it was even made into a movie , half-hour television series of 34 episodes on NBC. The character of this book most impressive are fellow veterans, which is Steven's buddies, originally a veteran running his own air-transport business.

In Steven Canyon, I noticed the color is very light. I think because it printed out to newspaper and the  printer is very old and using the basic color to portray this book. Because the printer doesn't have a lot of color, the shadow all drew in black. What I'm talking about this book is the reprint versions, for the original Steven Canyon all of the comics, along with all of the pages, are in black and white.
