The Body Talk

  After reading A Contract with God by Will Eisner, I am very impress with this book. Reading graphic novel is a different experience from reading pure text. Sometimes people's imaginations are limited when they reading novel, but the graphic novel is a new revelation that can re-attract reluctant readers. They can understand the intense plot thought the pictures, resonate with the author.
  Also, I really appreciate his lines and dynamics in his drawing. When he want to show a man falling into the well, he draws a man walking first, and then the man was attracted by something, the third flame he shows that man still looks backward and his first foot is above the well. The last flame he shows man's hat is on the well and the man disappears. This dynamic design is very clever and because of his perfect line drawing, his story shows in a delicate way.
